當神之水滴「第三門徒」Rhone地方酒遇上鏞記神之燒鵝皮蛋

想一起去品嚐在神之水滴第十和十一集中「第三門徒」所提及到 - 來自法國Rhone地方的葡萄酒嗎?想一起體驗以上對Rhone酒相近的形容嗎?更想嘗試把它們配合香港十大奇跡的鏞記燒鵝和爆正皮蛋嗎?六月十四日便有這個難能可貴的機會!自三月的SOHO紅酒蠔宴空前絕後的成功後,六月又有勁摘作。

今次,我地會把品嚐紅白酒的地域移師至法國Rhone這個地方,從它的北部飲至南部,從它的白酒飲至紅酒,包括書中提及在Gigondas和Chateauneuf-du-Pape等地方的紅酒。宴後,你會對Rhone這地方的酒有一個基本完全的認識。同時間,除配合鏞記燒鵝和皮蛋這兩種奇跡食物外,亦有其他經典餸菜,絕不能錯過。更高興的是,我們的紅白酒班老師 - 袁sir (Darmon老師) 和 洪sir也會出席這次酒宴。聽他們的一席話,勝飲十年酒,所以當日必定盛況空前。

Wine List

White Wines

1) Vins de Pays Marsanne, Cave de Tain, Northern Rhone, France
100% Marsanne.
Light yellow and lemon colour. A floral nose with overtones of peaches and pears. Tropical fruits and fresh, clean nose. Medium concentration in fruit level with a clean finish.

2) Clos de L’Oratoire des Pape, Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2006, Southern Rhone, France
25% Genache White, 25% Clairette, 25% Roussane and 25% Bourboulenc.
Enegant clear colour. The bouguet is rich in fragrances with a dominant note of citrus fruits, dry fruits and quince. Clear attack with floral and honey notes brought by the Roussane grape Lingering finish. (神之皮蛋絕配!)

Red Wines

3) Saint Joseph “Esprit de Granit” 2003, Cave De Tain, Northern Rhone, France
Wine Spectator: 91 points
100% Syrah.
Deep and intense red colour, rich and complex with a touch of oak, ripe cherries, blackcurrant and spices. Concentrated & fully body, powerful with fine and smooth tannins.

4) Ch de Pesquie, Quintessence red 2004, Southern Rhone, France
Robert Paker: 91 points
Old vines, 70% Syrah, 30% Grenach
Strong slection, total destemming, 20 days maceration, malolactic in barrels, ageing 100% new oak barrels. Deep ruby colour. Intense and complex nose of red betties and game. Very long in the mouth, aromas of red pepper, undergrowth, red and black fruits. Full-bodies and complex with elegant tannis. (金牌燒鵝絕配!)

5) Saison de Beauchene, Gigondas, 2004, Southern Rhone, France
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah
Ruby red with hint of purple. Full bodied, red and mature fruits which end with spices and kirsch. Well balanced and structured. (鮑甫炆鵝掌絕配!)

6) Clos de L’Oratoire des Papes, Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2005, Southern Rhone, France
Robert Parker: 92 points
80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault.
Maturated in oak cask for 6 months. Intense red colour. Complex nose highlighted with a spicy and fruity note. Very rich on the palate, it develops an intense and deep aroma with a dominant note of red fruits. Hand-picked. (至尊燒鵝裹蒸糭絕配!)
